The Rotary Club of Charlottetown has a Scholarship Committee that oversees the scholarship program. The official Terms of Reference for the Scholarship Committee  are as follows:

1. To prepare scholarship application forms for Queens County students with challenges (eg physical, mental, learning, other) wishing to continue their studies at the post secondary level.
2. To forward application forms and information packets to high schools, Holland College and UPEI.
3. To review completed application forms and make recommendations to the Board of Directors on the awarding of scholarships.
4. In consultation with the Program Committee, arrange to present to successful applicants the scholarship awards at a regular meeting of the Club.
5. To deal with any other matter pertaining to Rotary Scholarships as directed by the Club’s Board of Directors.
