When pulling together these Foundation-related pages I certainly found the system of Foundation Recognition Points rather complicated and confusing. I suspect I'm not the only one. Thankfully there are people who can help. It is likely there are people at each club who understand the system inside-out. Perhaps start by asking the Chair of your club's Membership Committee.
